MG Reveals Two Electric Concepts at Goodwood
MG unveiled two new electric concept cars at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, combining more than a century of sporting heritage with advanced EV technology.
The compact MG GO! previews an electric hatchback planned for 2027. Designed at the MG Design Centre in London, its retro-futuristic styling takes inspiration from celebrated models including the MGB GT, while creating a distinctive and contemporary electric car.
Alongside it, the MG Cyber Concept offers a bold vision of a future high-performance electric SUV. Its muscular design combines sports-car character with the space, practicality and versatility expected from a large family SUV.
MG also showcased its latest AI, connectivity and intelligent-driving technology, together with models from its growing electrified range. These included the MGS9 Plug-in Hybrid, MG4 EV Urban, MG HS Plug-in Hybrid, MG ZS Hybrid+, MG IM5 and the all-electric MG Cyberster.
The two concepts demonstrate how MG intends to carry its performance heritage into the electric era, creating vehicles with engaging design, advanced technology and genuine everyday appeal.
